Terms of Service
Effective November 1, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and ARISK ("ARISK", "we", "us") for using arisk.xyz, the ARISK Discord bots and anything else we run (together, "ARISK"). By creating an account or using ARISK you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use ARISK.
1. Who can use ARISK
You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it to use a service like this without a parent's permission. If you're under 18, make sure a parent or guardian is okay with you using ARISK. You can't use ARISK if we've banned you before.
2. Your account
- You sign in with Google, Discord or an email and password. Keep your sign-in safe; you're responsible for what happens on your account.
- Usernames are first come, first served. We may change or take back a username that breaks these terms or the Community Guidelines, impersonates someone, or is reserved.
- Accounts are personal. Don't sell, trade or share them.
3. Your content
You own what you put on your page: your name, bio, links, images, music links and uploads ("your content"). So that we can show it, you give ARISK a worldwide, free, non-exclusive licence to store, copy, display and share your content as part of running ARISK (for example on your public page, in link previews and in the Discord bots). The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we need to keep for legal or safety reasons.
Only post content you have the right to post. Your page is public: anyone with the link can see it, and so can search engines unless you turn indexing off.
4. Rules
Follow the Community Guidelines. In short: nothing illegal, no hate, harassment, 18+ content, scams, malware, spam or impersonation, and don't try to break, overload or get around ARISK's security, limits or moderation (including with bots or scrapers).
5. Moderation and ending accounts
We can review content, hide or remove it, put a profile on hold, take away badges or features, or ban an account (including its email and Discord account) if we believe it breaks these terms or puts people at risk. We try to be fair, but we don't have to give notice first. You can stop using ARISK whenever you like, and you can ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy).
6. ARISK+
- ARISK+ is an optional, one-time purchase made as a Roblox game pass. Roblox handles the payment under Roblox's own terms; ARISK never sees your payment details.
- "For life" means for as long as your ARISK account and ARISK itself exist. It isn't a subscription and doesn't renew.
- ARISK+ is tied to the Roblox account that owns the game pass. If your ARISK account is deleted, you can claim it again with the same Roblox account.
- Refunds of Robux are up to Roblox; we can't refund Robux. If we ban your account for breaking these terms, you lose ARISK+ without a refund.
- We may change what ARISK+ includes over time. We won't take away its main features without a good reason, such as a legal or safety problem or ARISK shutting down.
7. Badges and UIDs
Badges and UID numbers are fun extras, not property. Staff can give or remove staff-given badges. Some badges come automatically (for example from boosting the ARISK Discord server) and go away when the reason for them does. UIDs follow the order accounts were made in and may be reset if ARISK is ever reset.
8. Other services
ARISK works with Discord, Google, Roblox and other services, and your page can link to or embed things from other sites. Those services have their own terms and we aren't responsible for them. ARISK is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord, Roblox, Google or Spotify.
9. Changes and availability
ARISK is a small, independent project. We may add, change or remove features, and the service may sometimes be down or lose data. Keep your own copies of anything important. If we make big changes to these terms we'll post them here with a new date and, where we reasonably can, mention it in the ARISK Discord. Continuing to use ARISK after that means you accept the new terms.
10. No warranty
ARISK is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows.
11. Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, ARISK isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, lost profits or anything caused by other users or other services. If we are liable for something, our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid for ARISK+ (if anything) or CA$10. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
12. General
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province where ARISK's operator lives, except where the law where you live says otherwise. If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce something straight away, we can still enforce it later.
